How to make satay peanut sauce
Ingredients:






v 250 grams of peanuts, fried
v 5 red onions
v 4 cloves of garlic
v 2 pieces of red chilli
v salt to taste
v 500 ml of water
v 100 ml sweet soy sauce
Steps:
Ø Skewer with chunks of mutton satay stab, stab each comprising
3-4 pieces of bacon, set aside.
Ø Mix the seasoning ingredients that have been mashed beans
with soy sauce and water, stir well. Cook until cooked greasy and then lift.
Ø Take the peanut sauce to taste and mix again with sweet soy
sauce to be smeared or dilumurkan on all meat until the surface is flat.
Ø Grilled satay while occasionally inverted to mature evenly,
occasionally also coat with remaining seasoning spread, lift.
Ø Prepare a serving plate, place the washed goat satay and peanut
sauce. Complete presentation with lime, red onion and sliced pieces of cayenne pepper and a little sprinkling of fried onions if liked.
